Their previous experience will mean that they are familiar with standard process deliverables such as design basis, H&MB, PFDs, process descriptions, P&IDs etc and would be comfortable both originating as well as approving these documents. The engineer should have a proven track record and will be recognised for their understanding of the key process concepts as well as having a good understanding of developing technical / market trends and client requirements. The engineer would be required to utilise their significant knowledge in all areas of design from conceptual studies to detailed engineering.
